MAKE A 92nd ANNIVERSARY DOnatION to the Journal of African American History

92nd Anniversary Donations
The Journal of African American History is "The Jewel of ASALH." Under the editorship of V.P. Franklin, the JAAH sparkles once again and has returned to its place of prestige among scholarly journals. Much of what popular writers produce on Black history originates from the scholarly work JAAH publishes--it is the foundation of Black History. Unlike most major journals, the cost of publication is not underwritten by a major university--it is underwritten by library sales, ads, and donations only. When Carter G. Woodson edited the journal, he underwrote it with personal funds, as well as subscriptions and donations. Help us keep the JAAH strong and make it stronger!

In 2007 the JAAH is celebrating its 92nd Anniversary. There will be a reception for the Journal at the 92nd Annual Convention in Charlotte, North Carolina at the HIlton Charlotte University Place.
